Angela Leadbeatter is a mobile freelance makeup artist based in Lake Macquarie who specialises in wedding, school formal, debutante, glamour, portrait, film, advertising and studio makeup. Angela services Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Port Stephens, the Hunter Valley and the Central Coast areas of NSW.

Angela is a professionally trained makeup artist who has spent many years creating fresh, natural, elegant makeup for brides and their bridal parties so they look absolutely stunning on their wedding day.

Angela’s attention to detail, creative eye and ability to personalise trends to best suit your natural features has earned her a loyal following of clients. She takes into account each bride's individual needs, wedding style and colours.

Angela uses only high quality professional makeup that you can be assured will last the entire day and still look fresh and flawless at the end of the night.

Wedding/Bridal Makeup

The Trial

The trial is our first meeting prior to your wedding day to determine the perfect make-up style for you and your bridal party. It is a good idea to book the trial to coincide with a special night or day out so you can provide feedback on how you felt about the makeup. It is recommended that you have a trial, so that you are completely satisfied and happy that there won’t be any unexpected surprises on your wedding day.

If you love your lipstick colour, foundation or any products that are used at your trial, they can be purchased for your personal use on your wedding day. Angela also recommends having false eyelash tips applied; these are available for $10 per person and will look fantastic in your photographs. Most trials take approximately one hour.

Angela caters for Newcastle weddings, Lake Macquarie weddings, Port Stephens weddings, Hunter Valley weddings and Central Coast weddings.

Advanced bookings are essential for bridal makeup as peak seasons are heavily booked.

School Formal & Special Occasion Makeup

Angela also has a flair for school formal and special occasion makeup. She makes it a priority to keep up to date with the latest trends and fashions. So whether you are after a subtle natural look or a head turning dramatic look, you can be assured you will look and feel stunning for your special night.

School formal makeup is discounted when three or more makeups are booked together.

Makeup Lesson
